Fancy A Dominos Property Investment

Property investors, homeowners and real estate developers are not the only ones wishing to take advantage of low property prices and appealing interest rate deals.

Businesses too are making a comeback as they strive to expand their property portfolio and their existing business empire.

According to reports, popular pizza company Dominos are the latest to release a list of property locations where they wish to expand their empire and invest in property. And looking at their list and it is easy to see that their ambitions are not small…

No location appears to have been overlooked in their endeavours to harness existing property market conditions and benefit from bargain prices. From the small towns of Biggin Hill, Ely, Maldon and Royston to big city locations of Sheffield, London, Nottingham and Cambridge, Dominos are setting their sights high as they plan to invest in property across the entire breadth of the UK.

In fact there is an easy 100+ properties on their list and it is still growing!

Yet it is impossible to deny that their decision to invest now is more than sound, when the Bank of England’s base rate is set to stay at 0.5% until 2014 and 90% LTV mortgages are making a comeback. Now is the perfect time to invest in property and take advantage of appetising property deals.

Currently this list of property locations can be found on Domino’s property planning report, but as with many businesses it won’t be long before they begin implementing their investment strategies.
